Exposition Hall & Floorplan

The Foyer and Mezzanine areas are the ideal location for exhibits to be displayed. Holding 26 (8x10) exhibits, it provides a generous walk-through experience for attendees between session ballrooms.

The foyer is fully carpeted and provides full complimentary wireless internet connectivity.


Rate & Payment for Exhibit Space

Fees: $x per 8' x 10' exhibit space.

Booth Package: Included with the carpeted booth space is pipe and drape (8' high backwall and 3' high sidewall), wireless internet, 24-hour security, one 6' draped table, two chairs, and a wastebasket. Electrical and other furniture and services must be purchased from the show decorator via the exhibitor manual order forms.

Each exhibitor will also be allowed a 75-word company description and logo for the conference program and conference website. A web link may be included to your company's site.

In addition, two exhibitor staff badges per 8' x 10' space will be issued to staff your booth. These badges are good for entrance into the exhibit hall, keynote and featured speakers only, and not for admission to the technical sessions or tutorials.

Holding Space and Cancellation Policy: The exhibitor will agree to pay the booth amount in full. Booth space will be held for up to 10 days awaiting payment. All fees are non-refundable. Please read the terms found on the exhibitor/sponsor contract.

DEADLINE: All ads must be received by May 1, 2006.

All ads MUST be submitted in DIGITAL FORMAT ONLY. No film will be accepted.

DIGITAL SPECS:  Digital files must be Illustrator, Photoshop, Quark or InDesign EPS, TIFF, or HIGH-RESOLUTION PDF files. If submitting TIFF files, graphics MUST BE 300 dpi. NO word documents please.

NOTE: All fonts must be converted or include fonts when submitting ad.

FOUR-COLOR ADS: Please convert to CMYK color.

PRINTING SPECS:
Line-Screen - 150 dpi
Photoshop files and other embedded or linked graphics MUST BE 300 dpi.
Your ad will be placed in Adobe InDesign 4.0
